ARRIVAL INSTRUCTIONS:

Please note that there are two flights required to get to the Jungle Lodge; 1 international, one 25-min domestic. Participants are expected to book their own international flight to Costa Rica. The domestic flight is included in your retreat package, and will be booked by the retreat coordinator.

International flights to Costa Rica should be booked into either San Jose Juan Santamaría (SJO) or Liberia Daniel Oduber Quirós (LIR). Please double-check to ensure that you are not arriving into San Jose, USA or San Juan, Puerto Rico.

Your international arrival flight must be scheduled to arrive before 1pm (14:00). This is important in order to catch the connecting domestic flight to Tambor airport the same day. If you are unable to find a flight that arrives before 1pm, please contact the coordinator at travel@origin-travels.com. Daily, the last domestic flight departs at 4:30, so if you miss this flight you will have to catch one the next day.

Once arriving into the international airport, please proceed to the domestic terminal to catch your 25-min flight to Tambor Airport.

Your international departure flight must be scheduled to depart after 8am.

You will be scheduled an arrival transfer and domestic flight early enough to get you to the international airport on time for your departure flight.

ONCE IN TAMBOR

From Tambor airport, you will catch your scheduled arrival transfer to the jungle lodge. The ride is about 35 minutes, and you may share the ride with another participant who is also heading to the lodge for the same retreat.
